Colleen Ryan and Eric Hoppel live in a brownstone on Lancaster Street in Albany, in the middle of a row built by James Eaton in 1888-89.

Colleen is the Communications Director for the Preservation League of New York State, and president of the Albany Roundtable.

Eric is the News Director for NewsChannel 13, Albany's NBC affiliate. He is an avid skier and has a season pass at Gore Mountain.
