Mardi Gras -- 1999
 
 

Plastiras Rex, King of Mardi Gras for 1998, made the Hurricanes: 2 parts light rum 2 part dark rum 1 part passion fruit juice 1 part creme de cassis 1/2 part lime juice ________________ = yikes!

 

We served spicy treats like red beans and rice, jambalaya, shrimp remoulade, and crawfish.
